This song is definitely a stylistic departure for me. I found the R&B drum grooves and bass loops to go along with the title. I pictured walking down Michigan Ave in Chicago and seeing some "diva" walking past in the opposite direction......perhaps a Lyndsey Lohan or someone similar. I did a "spoken word" verse and the guitar follows the melody on the chorus almost like "scat" guitar. I used alot of delay on the clean, compressed guitar track. The "piano part" and solo was played on my Brian Moore Guitar iGuitar too using its midi controller capabilities. It works great and the guitar sounds wonderful throughout this project in my humble opinion. Dig this!
